Just keep in mind that when it's time to move out, we ask that any holes in the walls be filled and painted. This helps ensure that the next person to occupy your space has a fresh and clean start. So, go ahead and get creative with your decor and make your space an expression of you; just remember to take care of it along the way.

Q. Can I paint my walls?

Adding a fresh pop of color to your walls can entirely transform the look and feel of your space. We understand that sometimes, a blank canvas just isn't enough. So, go ahead - unleash your inner interior designer and get creative! Before you move out, we kindly ask that you paint the walls back to their original color. And don't worry about scrambling to find the correct paint color - we can provide you with the exact shade we use upon request. If you don't have your own renter's insurance, it's worth noting that you may be charged a $13 Insurance Waiver Fee instead. If you're more tech-savvy, you can log into the resident portal and easily submit a work order. Click "My Apartment" and select "Maintenance" to start the process.
